Skyware ERP
An integrated ERP for SMEs and corporations. One connected ledger across the whole operation — no spreadsheets holding the business together.
Skyware is a software company. For years we've designed, built and operated enterprise systems — ERP, HR, POS and CRM. Today we're channelling that operating experience into a new generation of vertical AI products.
We started by solving the least glamorous, most important problem in business: making the numbers add up. Accounting, inventory, payroll, sales — the operational core.
Building enterprise software taught us something valuable: the hardest part isn't the model or the interface, it's understanding how a business actually works. That domain knowledge is now our unfair advantage as we build AI.
We're deliberately small — one team behind a family of focused products, each with its own name and its own market, sharing the same engineering, design and domain obsession. We'd rather ship three sharp products than one bloated suite.
Built and implemented ERP, HR, POS and CRM systems for growing companies.
Skyware ERP, HROS, Listie — each serving its market under one maker.
Applying deep domain knowledge to build AI that does the work, not just the reporting.
Software that observes, decides and acts — with humans in command.
Each product has its own name, its own site and its own market. What they share is the team that builds them — and an obsession with the operational spine of business.
An integrated ERP for SMEs and corporations. One connected ledger across the whole operation — no spreadsheets holding the business together.
A human-resources operating system built for how organisations really look — a single company, a multi-entity group, or an outsourcing provider managing thousands of deployed staff.
Vertical AI for real-estate brokers — capturing leads, mapping co-broke relationships, scheduling viewings and keeping every listing alive and accurate.
"We're not a property portal — we're the broker's operating system."
Portals list properties. We run the broker's business — from first lead to closed deal.
Notes from the team building it. Our view on how artificial intelligence reshapes the software that businesses depend on.
The first wave of AI was general-purpose and horizontal. The durable value over the next decade will be vertical: models wrapped in deep domain workflow, trained on the messy reality of one industry. The winners won't be the smartest models — they'll be the ones that understand a business well enough to be trusted with its work. In accounting, HR and real estate, that means moving from software that records what happened to software that does the next thing for you.
For thirty years business software has been a system of record. The next generation is a system of action — reconciling, ordering, scheduling and drafting, then asking a human only where judgment is required.
Menus and data-entry screens were a workaround for computers that couldn't understand us. As language becomes the interface, the ERP of 2032 looks less like a database and more like a colleague you brief.
Any company can call a model. Few can be trusted to let AI touch payroll, the ledger or a client's deal. The moat is proprietary data, domain judgment and accountability — exactly what years of enterprise software builds.
A rare combination for investors: durable, cash-generative enterprise software revenue underwriting a disciplined bet on vertical AI — with domain data and distribution most AI startups can only wish for.
Mission-critical ERP and HR systems are deeply embedded, with high switching costs and predictable recurring revenue.
Vertical AI ventures like Listie attack large markets with proprietary data and a built-in path to distribution.
A lean team, clear capital allocation, transparent reporting, and a long-term compounding mindset.
